Conference Dinner: Outward Trip by Bus

We have foreseen the use of public transport to reach the location of our conference dinner, the "Gösser Bräu" in Göss, an urban district of Leoben and the oldest part of the City. (The Göss Abbey was founded 1004!)

The dinner will start between 18:30 and 19:00 with the official opening at 19:00 on Thursday the 29th.

The Bus-Stop is directly in front of the Old University Building (right picture of the top-banner), as well as  directly at the Gösser Bräu / Göss Abbey.
The Bus-Stop for getting of is called "Stift Göss". (The Bus-Ticket can be received from the the Bus-driver and costs € 2,70.)

So we can use at following departure times - 17:35, 18:05 & 18:35-  the Bus 2 to get to the Gösser Bräu as shown below and derived by the Scotty-App:

So, if you take one of the earlier Busses you can use the time and make a short visit of the Göss Abbey and the Abbey Church (Stiftskirche).

Conference Dinner: Return Trip by Bus

For the return trip in front of the Gösser Bräu / Göss Abbey we can use again the Bus 2 at 21:17 or at 22:05  (Scotty-App).

Of course it is also possible to take a walk back along oneside of the river Mur, if the weather allows.
